Production of heat exchangers, tanks and calorifiers is carried out in the company headquarters by highly-qualified and properly trained personnel.
The Pacetti tanks and calorifiers are designed, manufactured and tested following a sound engineering practice (material built to best practice standards - Law no. 46 of 05/03/1990) and comply to the existing standards in the sector.
All our products, before being placed on the market, are individually subjected to hydraulic seal testing with pressures of up to 1.5 times the maximum envisaged operating pressures, and are also provided with the appropriate Certificate of Compliance.
product quality is already defined during the design step and followed up at each production step, during which meticulous attention is paid to detail so as to ensure the product’s reliability and long working life.
The attention we pay to detail takes the form, even from the first working steps, of the choice of the best materials, such as for example pickled carbon steel sheets DD11 for building the tanks and prime quality stainless steel sheets AISI 316L for building the tanks in stainless steel.
All building processes are guaranteed on the basis of the company quality management system, certified compliant to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
The welding processes are further certified in compliance with standard EN15614 and all our welders are qualified in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2013.
These certifications are constantly updated and renewed by continuous training for the personnel involved in performing these work steps.
Great attention is paid to the treatments ensuring the suitability of our tanks and calorifiers in contact with potable water, where required, using specific laboratory tests and continuous research and development activity.
The insulations are also prevalently made of ecological materials, with constant care paid to the tiniest details, to make our products aesthetically pleasing.
