BV brazed plate heat exchangers are used in a wide variety of applications and are an excellent solution for thermohydraulic systems and industrial applications.
Made with AISI 316L stainless steel plates brazed with 99.99% pure copper, they are equipped with male GAS threaded connections as standard.
The robust construction and use of high-quality materials guarantee high operating pressures and an extremely wide operating temperature range, extending the possibility of use even to particularly harsh conditions.
Available in 4 sizes with connections from ¾" to 2", they can be supplied with 2 different types of plate corrugation pattern, allowing for optimal calibration of the system characteristics and maximum possible performance.
The extreme versatility of BV brazed heat exchangers is complemented by a range of dedicated accessories that satisfy every type of application, with a choice of different types of insulation (both thermal and anti-condensation) with various types of external finishes. Support brackets for wall mounting, specially designed to support the heat exchanger, even when fitted with insulation, are also available.
